Tales of Laura unfolds as a journey through imagined worlds — spaces of discovery, ecstasy, introspection, joy, and melancholy.

The project embodies an unceasing quest for answers to the condition of dual and often multiple identities that each of us inhabits throughout life. Photography and staged photography become instruments for reflection — on memory, on lived and imagined stories, on presences once abandoned or dreamt of.

A vivid palette evokes the colors of the East and the inner world of a child who has grown into adulthood within a reality far removed from her homeland.
